I am a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Irving Institute for Energy and Society at Dartmouth College. I hold a Ph.D. in Systems Engineering from George Washington University, an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida, and a B.Eng. from Nanjing Tech University, and I am a Certified Engineer-in-Training (FE) in Industrial and Systems Engineering. My research and expertise focus on energy modeling, operations research, system optimization, and power system analysis and design.
